Timeline play mode speed

Hello everybody,
I am testing the V9, and I wonder if it is possible to change the reading speed when playing a video in the time-line.
When playing the video the speed is too high and it does not give a good idea how the video will shown in reality.
Thanks in advance for the help,
Jean

Re: Simlab7 crash-Down

Hello,
Yes, it is a good idea, I think I should be able to check the memory comsumption at the next crash.
Thanks for the tip.

Simlab7 crash-Down

Hello Simlab community, I have recently changed my "MAC" computer with a brand new PC. Unfortunately, I am now encountering some "crash-down" of Simlab7 with my PC, which did never happened on my MAC. The crash-down always happens during Animation rendering, Simlab7 creates aroun...

Re: View limits

Hello again Pocc, I think I found something interesting. There is a "large" item in my scene (+/- 20x20m). When I turn it off, I am then able to get much closer to my objects. It is strange, and I don't understand exactly why it happens, but I have a solution to go on with my work. Thanks ...

Re: View limits

Hello Pocc, Thank you very much for the explaination :-). However, I have the impression that you can go much much closer to the object. My scene is scale 1/1 and I would say roughly that the clipping plane starts at +/- 1 meter of the object I am looking to. Is there , at your opinion, a setting so...

View limits

Hello everybody, I am facing a little issue with the "visibility limit", when I zoom close to an object, I reach a sort of visibility limit (or border), and all objects in the view disapear, as they are "cuted-off" by this view limit. (see attachment). Is there a solution to chan...

In the preferences of Acrobat : preferred converter = software. (see attached) Then I can see the file lighting If I cho...

Re: Light from file in a 3DPDF

Hello Simlab, Thank you for your answer. I did the test again with lights in the scene. (2 directional lights with different colors). It doesn't work unfortunately. The option is now available but I can't use it. I have attached my 3DPDF test file. Can you have a look at it? The file lights are colo...

Light from file in a 3DPDF

Hello everybody, I have to create a 3DPDF and I cannot get the "Light from file" option. I checked the 3DPDF settings and the option "Light from file" is well checked. When I open my 3DPDF, the light is by default on "light optimised for CAO", and light from file is not...

Re: Rendering speed and Rendering-Farm

Hello Simlab, sorry for my late response Thank you for your proposition. I have to make some tests to see the level of quality I need to reach, after what I will send you a scene for a render test. The scene is exterior, with an HDR lighting. (see a screenshot attached). My computer is a imac 2,7 GH...
