@Tessla,

I'm afraid to say that Cast Shadows is a VR option; its effect is only visible in the Viewer! I believe that we have to make this clear for users. We directed the issue to developers.

How did you do that? Did you toggle off Cast Shadows checkbox option shown in the Figure.

The unpacking process happens locally on client-side. I believe that all web servers support JavaScript natively.

@b2unit, What you did is just a workaround. Double-sided option is not supported by iPad, and it is on Mac's viewer. Any way, did you flip normals of all objects in the scene, or did you for some objects in particular? In either way, you can also use SimLab Composer to flip normal of selected object...

We aim for the generated WebGL, but you can optionally provide us with the packed scene just in case. Please do it in the way that you prefer most; via email, external URL link, creating a ticket on SimLab Customer Portal, etc. ... after a refresh of the browser or double clicking the generated loca...

I agree with @Tessla. It seems that you didn't upload the associated folder of the HTML file to the same path on the web server.
