I investigated the file, and I found the problem to be due to the cosmetic objects in the shower Please take a look at the attached image Shower.jpg As soon as I selected those object and removed them, the plugin worked fine and I managed to create the 3D PDF. Thanks for pointing this out, I think the webserver did not upload those files correctly.
I had access to them through email, so I did not download them.

Hello Z,

This is due to a difference in the preferences.

This preference can be accessed from Edit -> Preferences

Checking the option as shown in the attached image collapses the buttons and shows the black arrow.
