SimLab Composer renderer is CPU based, we offer quick preview rendering using the VR viewer but the render functionality in SimLab Composer is CPU based.

Textures can be included in Sim file, but that is where pack scene becomes useful.
It packs the sim file with all needed textures in one zip file.
I am not sure if it is included in the lite edition.

No, this is not supported.
At this point you need to do this in CAD and bring it to SimLab Composer.

Interior scenes with no direct sun light may increase the sun power significantly, they give it a value like 5. Which is very bright for an exterior scene. I guess you are mixing both, and in some cases you are getting you exterior scene with this high sun power. Please check it in the environment s...

You can use portals
or make sure to click pass light on the glass materials.

Nice render.
If I am going to suggest one thing, then replace the sky image.
Use the Sun from SimLab Composer even without the cloud the blue gradient will add to your render.
