Hello every one !

The provider of a system (a bar-boat pilot) supplies a 3D model of the system.

The 3D model includes a motor with a stator and a rotor.

I've parametrized a revolute link between the stator and the rotor and put a speed-motor on the link. My simulation doesn't include the gravity.

The rotor turns well at low speed, until 110 rad/s. But further, the rotor begin to vibrate and quickly, go away.

I've tried to reduce the density and the friction factor of the solids but it didn't solve the problem.

Does anybody have an idea for turning faster ? I need to turn at 550 rad/s....

Hello,

The support of Simlab has found the solution, thanks to them.

You have to reduce the time step in the parameter of the simulation. So that, the calculation can converge.
