Multi Actions - Carry out one action only after completion of another

Postby JFichtmueller » Wed Jul 11, 2018 3:07 pm

Hi guys,

Really enjoing your product so far, and really considering a purchase.
But there's one thing I'd really need for my upcoming project, and hope you guys can help me out here.

I want to get the multi action feature to carry out the second action only, when the first action (for example a sequence) is completed. This has to happen after the first click. So having the multi action on "loop", and simply click again is not an option.
So my multi-actions would look for example like this:

Sequence 1
Sequence 2

Both animations share the same objects. "On each click" is set to "Run all".

The result is that only the second action is played, as if it just overwrites the first one.

Another example I tried was:

Scene State 1
Sequence
Scene State 2

Scene state 1 and 2 share the same objects.
In this example, the first scene state is just being ignored and again instantly overwritten by scene state 2. This happens before the animation is even played, although it's supposed to play afterwards.

Is there any solution to this? Maybe it's just a simple mistake I made? Or is it just not possible?

Any help is much appreciated!

Cheers

There are two solutions depending on the output you are exporting?

Are you exporting a VR experience

Or

Are you exporting 3D PDF, or WebGL

Sorry, I forgot to mention.
The output would be a 3D pdf in my case.
Thanks!
