Looks very like the triangulation on the mesh is too large. I think the answer to this will be in the export settings of whatever CAD program you've created the file in.

Simlab is a mesh rendering software and not a CAD system, and as a mesh is made up of triangles, you will always see some faceting round arcs and circles.

I don't Think so that its CAD system output issue.
See attached pic straight out from CAD system. its looks excellently what it should be. and the same file directly goes in to simlab composer.

Hi.. What format are you using.. DWGs might do that and particularly DXF.. Try IGES or STEP...

I used raw format from Solid edge CAD Software (Like .par & .asm). We have tried STEP, IGES & Parasolid as well but all of them having same issue.

Can you make a small sample object available for testing...

Simlab isn't a parasolid software it's a mesh software. Mesh's are triangles and the software will always interpret a parasolid in meshes. I have the same effect with solidworks reading straight in to Simlab, but I realise it's a limitation of the format being imported.

If you import your Solidedge file in then send it out from Simlab as an object then re-import to your Solidedge you will see the mesh triangulation that Simlab has as it's native format.

What Simlab could do with that we have in many other mesh handling and rendering software is a resolution setting, e.g. does it import a model with 100,000 triangles or 1,000,000. One thing you can try is scaling up your model in Solidedge, say 10x then importing that to see if it creates a greater namber of faces in the mesh.

so basically there is no way to direct import models and ready to to go. in this case keyshot & 3D Max are perfect. because its ultimately mashup your animation with by showing triangulars instead of proper round edges.

From Now i will naver recomand simlab composer for larger animation creation for larger assemblys.

Currently this issue is hanging up my current running project.

Hope they will fix or provide any setting in future versions. or else will not upgrade in future if it will continue

In the import dialogue, crank up the tessellation setting.

Cant find where?
Maybe someone ticked "Don't show this dialogue again"???

Simlab can tell how to get it back.
