Hello,

I am Teo , fairly new to Simlab.

My company bought the software on February or so. It was working great and i could link my Solidwork files to Simlab.
But we changed computers and we reinstalled everything about 3,4 weeks ago. And since then everytime i go to link an assembly to through Solidworks to Simlab it says:

" There is no part template available. Please check your options and make sure there is a part template selected, or select a new part template."

I dont understand what this is. I didnt have it before and I am not doing anything different at the moment.

I still can go through Simlab and import a part but it is time consuming to open close windows and softwares.

Is there something I can do to bring it back to the way it was?

Thanks a lot,

Teo

Teo,

Please do the following from the windows -> Run

type
%temp%
this will open the temporary directory you have can you please send us the temp folder you have?

Another thing do you see two option for transferring the file with or without animation, both of them gives you the same message?
