GLTF file animation

Hello, I'm relatively new to simlab and have been experimenting with its 3DPDF capabilities. I've been trying to import GLTF files and their animations into SimLab with varying success. I've found that some animated glTF files work fine when exported to 3DPDF format while others don't play animations. Does anyone know why this happens? I've found that models with "skeleton_root" don't seem to export animations correctly, while models that animate purely through translations/transforms/scales work fine.

Does anyone have the full answer to this? I can't seem to find any answers on the forum.

Also is there a way to have a FPS counter on 3dPDFs?

You got it right

3D PDf exporter does not support Skelton animation.
it only supports rigid body (transform animation)

Skeleton based animation currently is supported in Composer, Rendering and VR
